Material Selection: Select the type of stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316, 316L) based on the medium composition to avoid chloride ion corrosion;

 

Flow Rate Control: Lift-type check valves are suitable for scenarios with flow rates ≤2m/s. Excessive flow rate may cause valve disc vibration;

 

Installation Direction: The arrow marking on the valve must be consistent with the medium flow direction. When installed vertically, ensure the valve disc can close freely;

 

Regular Maintenance: Check the wear of the sealing surface every 6-12 months and clean deposits inside the valve body to prevent jamming.
