1. The manifold is a critical component of low-temperature radiant floor heating systems. Its operating temperature and pressure range are designed for normal operation under typical underfloor heating conditions.
2. The installation of the manifold must be performed by qualified professionals. After installation, a pressure test must be conducted according to standard requirements, and the system must be successfully adjusted.
3. The supply and return water pipes should have sufficient positional accuracy. Forcibly connecting to pipes with excessive coaxiality deviation or distance offset will generate excessive assembly stress, causing the manifold to malfunction or be damaged.
4. For valves with threaded connections, when tightening, turn the wrench to the hexagonal or octagonal part on the same side of the thread; do not apply the wrench directly to the housing.
5. The dimensions of the external threads of other parts connected to the manifold pipe should be controlled. Avoid using substandard or excessively tolerant products to prevent damage from forced installation.
