Stainless steel manifolds are key components in building water supply and drainage systems, primarily used for water distribution in plumbing systems such as underfloor heating and radiators. The most common material is SUS304 stainless steel, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and high-pressure resistance, enabling it to adapt to various water quality environments and ensuring the long-term stability and reliability of the manifold.

 

Stainless steel manifold models are typically distinguished by the number and specifications of their branches. Common models include 3-way, 4-way, 5-way, and 6-way manifolds, each suitable for different water distribution needs. The design requires a minimum spacing of 60mm between each loop for easy installation and maintenance.

During construction, the installation of stainless steel manifolds must ensure a secure and reliable connection between the ball valve and the manifold body. Polyurethane adhesive is generally recommended. The pressure rating of the manifold should be at least 1.25MPa to accommodate different water supply pressures.

 

Stainless steel manifolds have a wide range of applications, including hot and cold water piping systems in residential buildings, hotels, and office buildings. Its environmentally friendly characteristics and high efficiency make it an ideal water supply management solution for modern buildings.
